1. I authorize, "World Book of Star Records to use the material sent in their publications, productions, licensed merchandise, website, Social media or any other media. In any manner and for any purpose. I have no claim on them. Under any condition, World Book of Star Records will be under no obligation to return any of these materials.
2. I accept World Book of Star Records will not accept any responsibility for the safety of participants. It is the sole responsibility of the claimant, to get insured and to ensure that all the necessary safety measures and guards are taken in consideration. All the equipments and gadgets used are to be thoroughly checked, prior to the record attempt. It has to further ensure that all required relevant compliance with any Government or non-Government authority along with local health and safety measures applicable at the time of the performance are in place.
3. Digital format of the certificate will be provided on the completion of the record. Certificate and Medal will be handed over by the president or secretary of World Book Of Star Records at the any upcoming award ceremony.
4. The record created or broken by you will be recorded in the upcoming edition of the World Book Of Star Records.
5. I acknowledge that the information given here are true to the best of my knowledge.

Once you have submitted your Standard Application, our dedicated WBSR Management Team will review the application. If you have applied for an existing title, or for a new title that we find acceptable, we will make the Record Guidelines available to you via your e-mail id, as well as the guide to your evidence. This outlines the evidence you need to submit in order for World Book of Star Records to assess the outcome of your record title attempt. This document will also include printable templates of documents to submit to us.
All evidence must be submitted via e-mail. Please do not send evidence to WBSR by post as all file types are accepted on email.
If you would like an official WBSR Judge to attend your record attempt and provide on the spot verification, you may contact our team.
After this, our expert Records Management Team will assess your evidence. If your attempt is verified as successful, you will be eligible for one complimentary Official WORLD BOOK OF STAR RECORDS Record-Holder Certificate to confirm your record-holder status!
WBSR receive your application, the waiting times for a response to a Standard Application can be up to 4 weeks*. Once we receive the evidence for your record attempt, it can take up to 2-4 weeks* for us to review your documentation and let you know if your record attempt has been a success. If you need a speedier response, we advise that you use the Priority Application service. This is a paid-for service which you can select when submitting your application. *Please note - Our usual wait times are sometimes extended.
WBSR Team will let you know the final decision on your registered email ID. When your record/claim is approved, your record confirmation mail will be sent to your registered mail ID. You are required to check the facts and figures related to your achievement. Kindly mail us for any changes/factual errors.
WBSR team will then process your Record after the confirmation of payment.
